Lenny Van de Velde
As a former collegiate athlete, Lenny found yoga as another way to train and develop as an athlete. After 10 years of practicing yoga, the physical movement eventually became secondary to the spirituality and mindfulness that yoga provides. He deepened his practice by learning more about the origins of yoga through becoming a teacher and the joy of sharing the knowledge with others. Lenny likes to focus on strength and mobility in his classes, as well as offering a myofascial release workshop.
