Through two 5 Rhythms-inspired waves .
In a judgement free, expression full space; We will be honoring the Leaf Fall Moon.

Now is time where the trees around us release their leaves, to the ground to become fertilizer. In preparation for the darker times to come in the winter, and for the benefit of the spring ahead.

We too have an opportunity to shed things, beliefs, habits, and beyond during this time.
Often, Creation will inspire this through experiences that highlight the importance of the cycle where release begins in the time of the West, Fall, we turn into the place of the heart.

Come move, make noises, be in your stillness, or whatever you authentic expression may be while connecting with your self and the community.

In the theme of release, we will also have some offerings at the door, Sacred’s clothing, and some costume pieces that are looking for a new home.

Offerings from The Synergy Studio will also be available for anyone needing some new dance pants and such!
