February Full Moon Women's Gathering!
Full Moon in Leo Circle
“ Heart Chakra Activation”

Join us on Monday, February 6th at 7:30 pm for our full moon gathering. This full moon is in the sign of Leo the Lion. Leo is a fire sign, is ruled by the sun, likes to shine bright, and has larger than life energy. Leo also rules the heart. For this gathering, we will focus on activating our heart chakra.

In our two hour event we will:

*Begin with a 10 minute breathing session to relax our nervous system and get in zone

*Go through a slow flow yoga session with poses that activate and open the heart chakra.

*Experience a Heart Chakra Activation and Meditation with crystal and Tibetan bowls.

*Enjoy a releasing ceremony, releasing to the fire those things that are no longer in alignment with our highest and greatest good.

In our intention circle, we write out our intentions using an “I am” statement, and then go in the circle to speak them out loud, voicing into existence those things that we are desiring to manifest.

Leo is a fire sign and is ruled by the sun. Leo likes to shine bright and has that larger than life energy. Leo also rules the heart and has a strong sense of “I” so for this gathering we will focus on activating our heart chakra as well as saying “I am” statements for manifesting our hearts desires.

From Mary: Come dressed in any animal or cat print to get in touch with your primal Leo energy. Feel free to bring any crystals you may want to lay out in our circle. Also please bring your own yoga mat and pen/paper. We will also have some at the studio. I'm excited for this Leo full moon! See ya’ll there!
